Lightworks experiences
General reviews of quality, craftsmanship, delivery, and service from Lightworks orders and our Etsy shop.
My personalized city section turned out beautifully and was very well received as a gift. Communication was very friendly and fast. Thanks also for the express shipping. The only issue was that the product itself had a very strong smell and needed to air out for a few days – now everything is great.

Translated from the German originalI’m thrilled, excellent quality. The first city map was damaged in transit and was replaced without any fuss. A thousand thanks for that 🙏🏻
Translated from the German originalAbsolutely fantastic customer service! Before it was shipped, I received a message with a photo via Etsy asking whether I liked it that way and/or had any other requests! I was very surprised because I had never experienced that before! So everything was wonderful.
Translated from the German originalSimply brilliant! Beautiful and stylish, everything exactly as described, gladly again!! 😊
