Cancellation notice

This notice applies to consumers buying goods that qualify for cancellation. Customers in Switzerland are voluntarily granted the same right for non-personalised standard goods. The exclusion below applies to genuinely personalised products.

Cancel contract

Use this function to cancel an eligible order electronically. The cancellation right may be excluded for personalised goods.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. For multiple goods ordered together and delivered separately, it starts when the last good is received; for lots or pieces, when the last lot or piece is received.

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the cancellation period expires.

You may also cancel through the electronic function permanently available from the footer as “Cancel contract” on this page at /en/legal/cancellation#vertrag-widerrufen. After entering the information needed to identify the contract and pressing “Confirm cancellation”, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement by email. Other lawful methods of exercising the right remain available.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs but excluding additional costs caused by choosing a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard option, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your cancellation notice.

We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you will incur no reimbursement fee.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first.

Return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us, to: Benjamin Nöst - Lightworks, Rorichmoorer Str. 76, 26802 Moormerland, Deutschland. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires.

You bear the direct return cost. All goods offered can be returned as a parcel.

You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion for custom-made goods

Under section 312g(2)(1) BGB, no cancellation right exists for non-prefabricated goods made according to an individual consumer choice or clearly personalised.

This applies in particular to city maps made from your own place, map area, text, symbol, pin or other design choices, and to standard products bearing a personal dedication engraving selected by you. Standard goods and ordinary standard variant choices generally remain cancellable. Any product-specific exclusion is clearly displayed before ordering.
